Risotto all’Anatra e Funghi A red-wine risotto with duck leg confit and roasted shiitake mushrooms.
Costola di Agnello alle Erbe A six-rib lamb rack rubbed with herbed Parmigiano and grilled to order. Red wine-pomegranate reduction and garlic mashed potatoes
Pesce in Acqua Pazza A fillet of red snapper braised in “crazy water” of grappa, roasted tomatoes, shiitake mushrooms and cavolo nero.
Tagliata di Rostbif A six-ounce filet mignon grilled to order and served sliced with a tomato-onion coulis alongside braised kale in a lemon vinaigrette.
Braciola di Maiale Grilled pork chop stuffed with Gruyere cheese and Dijon mustard with a beurre rouge sauce over garlic mashed potatoes.
Choose any item from our dessert menu accompanied by coffee, decaf, or a selection of Verdigris tea by the pot.
