Risotto all’Anatra e Funghi A red-wine risotto with duck leg confit and roasted shiitake mushrooms.

Fettucine all’Aragosta Maine lobster meat over house-made fettucine in a creamy tomato-Cognac sauce.

Lasagne al Cinghiale Layers of house-made pasta enveloped in a wild boar ragu, bechamel, and Parmigiano.

Costola di Agnello alle Erbe Bone-in lamb rack rubbed with herbed Parmigiano and grilled to order. Red wine-pomegranate reduction and garlic mashed potatoes

Pesce in Acqua Pazza A fillet of red snapper braised in “crazy water” of grappa, roasted tomatoes, shiitake mushrooms and cavolo nero.

Ossobuco alla Milanese A traditional veal shank braised in tomatoes and vegetables and served atop a bed of parmigiano polenta.
